The hotel offered a range of services like room service, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping, which made my stay even more comfortable. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay, from ironing facilities to a well-equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. The indoor swimming pool and the fitness center were great additions, allowing me to relax and stay fit. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were also a plus!

The only downside was that the garbage wasn't emptied more than once a week, and there wasn't enough space to store it.

Plus, the location couldn't be better – within walking distance of fancy shopping and a Whole Foods market. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The outdoor area on the third level was stunning, with views of the Hollywood Hills and a cozy outdoor fireplace.

There was only one cleaning a week and the garbage storage space was limited. Emptying the trash more often would've been nice.

Spent New Year's at a hotel that was absolutely amazing! The staff was remarkable and provided great service throughout the stay. Loved the free shuttle service that got us around the area quickly, and the complimentary breakfast was a great perk. The location was spot on for exploring the city. Plus, the rooms were very clean and well-equipped which made our stay so much more comfortable.

There was no cleaning service on weekends which made things a bit messy. And we had to constantly ask for fresh towels and other supplies.

There was some confusion with the room assignment. I had booked a 2-bedroom townhouse, but upon arrival, I was given a suite instead.

The hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious and clean, it was like having a whole apartment to myself. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always there to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and amenities. Plus, the hotel had a great fitness center that I could use whenever I wanted.

The only downside was that there was a minimum stay policy of one week, which might not be ideal for everyone. Also, the cleaning service was only once a week, so if you prefer daily cleaning, this might not be the best option for you.
